How do I take the perfect picture?
You don't have to be a professional photographer to snap a great picture of yourself or your pet! We provide tips on our personalized phone case page to help you before finalizing your purchase. We recommend photos in bright light for better details. If we happen to not be able to use your photo, we will reach out to you via email and request you send us another one.
Can I use any emoji/character on the necklaces and keyrings?
We currently only support 🤍, ❤️, 💚, 💙, 🧡,🖤. Any other emoji will be replaced with a heart emoji. If the heart emoji doesn't make sense to be replaced then we will not display any emojis.We also don't support "/" ";", they will be replaced with "_".
Where do you ship your products from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in the United States, Europe, and China. Please expect your items to be shipped separately, if you order more than one item, as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
